Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, teaching communication and daily living skills using evidence-based methods. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. The job involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical tasks as part of daily care.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Experience with behavior intervention is not required but appreciated.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
