Centria Healthcare seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA, applying evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide training; no prior experience is required. Candidates must be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team. Training culminates with RBT certification after onboarding.

Qualificações

• Passionate about helping children with autism and their development.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and TB test aligned with safety requirements.
• Willingness to complete background check and onboarding steps.
• Remain patient, compassionate, and work well in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Contribute to reducing interfering behaviors and support family impact.
