Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing plans under a BCBA, and use evidence-based methods to improve communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Join a dedicated team, receive comprehensive training, and help children reach their full potential in a supportive, on-site environment with lifting requirements up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test within last year.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support child development in a team environment.
