Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA treatment in a center-based setting for children up to age 21. BTs work with BCBAs to implement plans and collect progress data, while supporting families in applying strategies at home and in sessions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment that is child-centered and mission-driven.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and follow policies.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist clients during sessions as needed.
