Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will apply evidence-based techniques to develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team. The role involves physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, with pay between $17 and $20 per hour and growth

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Keen to work in a team environment.
• Able to obtain CPR/First Aid and tuberculosis tests if needed.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
