Job summary

CENTRIA AUTISM in Anna, Texas, is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills, while reducing interfering behaviors.

No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided. You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range $18-$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test
• Background check required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
