Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians who will work one-on-one with children to implement individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while helping reduce challenging behaviors. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a structured career path.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and ability to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Background check clearance and onboarding requirements.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification within onboarding; RBT within 45 days

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain safety, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
