Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA guidance. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, while promoting a positive, collaborative team environment.

You will receive comprehensive training and the chance to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
