Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians for one-on-one work with children with autism in a structured team environment. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

We provide comprehensive training, and you will join a dedicated team focused on positive outcomes for children and their families. The pay range is $18-24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18+ years of age; High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
