Job summary

Centria-Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, following behavior intervention plans under a BCBA, using evidence-based methods to teach essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Join a team dedicated to making a meaningful impact. Training is provided, with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour and opportunities for growth within Centria Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and promote positive development.
• Collaborate with a team to support each child and family.
• Participate in comprehensive training provided by Centria Autism.
