Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA. You will teach communication and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques and collaborate with a dedicated team.

We offer comprehensive training; you do not need prior experience. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid and TB test; background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and implement BCBA-guided plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Monitor progress and document routines and behaviors.
