Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA treatment under clinical supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and ensure high-quality care across varied settings including centers, homes, and telehealth.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, strict confidentiality, and ongoing professional development, with pathways from BT to senior BT and BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
• Must pass CARD training program and exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment 1:1 or in groups under supervision.
• Record and review patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback into sessions.
• Communicate compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Seek ongoing professional growth and training opportunities.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
