Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and communities. You will teach communication, play, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors under supervision.

You will collect data with our software to guide real-time decisions and work with families and BCBAs to track progress. Applicants should have some college credits or be currently enrolled, be at least 18, and pass background checks and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be available for a minimum of 15 hours between 3pm-8pm Monday through Friday.
• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, and independence while reducing inappropriate behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data using proprietary software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
