Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in a center-based setting. You will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of BCBAs, helping to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD is preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
