Centria Autism in Malden, MA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under a BCBA’s guidance. You’ll implement individualized plans, teaching communication, social and daily living skills with evidence-based methods.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and continuous training. Eligible candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be prepared to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing.

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.

• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
