Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our North Richland Hills, TX team. You will deliver ABA therapy under clinical supervision in varied settings including the CARD center, patient homes, schools, and telehealth, supporting skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

You will collect data, review feedback, and maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass CARD Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA treatment in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
• Collect and record patient progress data with high fidelity.
• Review supervisor feedback and implement in sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
