The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC in Kyle, TX seeks a Behavior Technician to implement ABA programs under supervision, delivering skill-building and behavior-reduction interventions in clinic, home, school, or telehealth settings.

You will collect progress data, follow supervisor feedback, and maintain compliant records while supporting patient families and maintaining a compassionate, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass CARD training program including written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups.
• Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Follow Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
