Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking individuals to support children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience is required and training to become a RBT is provided over 40 hours.

Positions start part-time with flexible scheduling and the chance to earn a bonus upon training completion. Participants will work under clinical supervision to implement treatment plans, track progress, and create a supportive learning environment for children and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to commit to at least six months.
• All positions start part-time.
• RBT training (40 hours) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to help them learn new skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
• Track progress and record session data.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support growth.
