Job summary

BrightBridge ABA, a family-owned agency in North Carolina, seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
