Qualifications

• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency.
• Accurately record data to track client progress.
