Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

The role offers a defined growth path into full-time BT, Lead BT, ABA Instructor, and other roles, with paid onboarding and ongoing supervision. CAD-based pay ranges apply, with weekly availability and opportunities to expand hours as cases grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Willingness to travel within your assigned service region.
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
