Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) in Lancaster, CA is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician who will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision. The role offers growth into a full-time schedule as cases become available and emphasizes a supportive training environment.

Paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to advance to Full-Time BT, Lead BT, ABA Instructor, ACS, and BCBA roles are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs, bending, kneeling and transitioning between activities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region.
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance.
• Comfort working across home, school, and community settings.
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
