Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1, home-based ABA services for children aged 2–15, under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers after-school hours, paid training, and flexible scheduling to fit families’ needs.

You will work closely with BCBA, collect progress data, and help families implement individualized behavior plans in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Compensation reflects competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with physical activity and mobility during sessions as children are aged 2–15 years.
