Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment teams. You will implement 1-1 behavioral plans under BCBA supervision, engaging children aged 2–15 in therapy sessions in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA policies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report progress.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Respond to client and family needs and maintain clear communication with the team.
• Assist with activities and keep pace with children aged 2–15 during sessions.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by the BCBA/LBA.
