Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in clients' homes under the supervision of BCBAs. This is a flexible part-time role with evening/afternoon options, offering paid training and a supportive team environment.

You will help implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and engage families in the process, while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication with supervisors and clients.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with developmental delays or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to multiple locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and family information (HIPAA).
• Strong communication and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results of the treatment plan.
• Support families in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors and maintain clear communication.
• Assist with safe physical activities and keep pace with children during sessions.
