Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship to promote independence and well-being.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress for effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and strategies for home generalization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and data.
