Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for families and interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement therapy techniques and individualized plans.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills in structured settings.
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Collect data, conduct assessments, and track progress on treatment goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to modify plans as needed.
• Communicate progress and strategies to parents/caregivers.
• Maintain accurate session notes and data records.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
