Job summary

Lighthouse ABA, a New York City–based provider of ABA therapy for children with autism, is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our collaborative team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA sessions under BCBA supervision, helping children build communication, social, and adaptive skills in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress tracking, and collaborating with the BCBA and families to tailor treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be patient, empathetic and able to engage with children and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Attention to detail and the ability to document progress accurately.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child.
• Teach social, communication and behavioral skills in a structured setting.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship and promote independence.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress for treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and multidisciplinary team to adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate session notes and data.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
