Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children in school settings, working on social and communication skills and implementing behavior plans. You will document progress and assist with ABA-based strategies under a BCBA's guidance.

The position offers flexible scheduling (PT and FT) with competitive pay, benefits, and weekly paychecks, and opportunities for continuing education through college partnership programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• College coursework in psychology/education or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
