THRIVE TOGETHER ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children and individuals with developmental disabilities in person. You will implement treatment plans, collect data on progress, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices is essential.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and medical documentation processes.
• Understanding of behavioral health principles and patient assessment techniques.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a compassionate approach to care.
