Job summary

Thrive Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with developmental and behavioral needs. The role requires experience with ABA, strong communication, and patient, organized work habits. Benefits include flexible scheduling and development opportunities.

Travel with clients is possible (transportation provided). Hours run 7:15–12:30 with part-time and potential full-time, including per diem shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, specifically in ABA.
• Candidate will be patient, organized and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions per Behavior Plan.
• Provide positive reinforcement and redirection to children.
• Monitor and document behavior changes.
• Collect data on behavior changes.
• Communicate with parents, teachers and other professionals.
