Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to empower children and teens with developmental disabilities. You will provide 1:1 support, implement ABA plans under supervision, and track progress to ensure meaningful outcomes.

A strong emphasis on teamwork, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing training is highlighted. The role offers part-time hours (15–20 per week) with potential for full-time expansion, weekend differentials, and mileage reimbursement for first client

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Genuine passion for helping children and teens to grow.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

1:1 Client Support for children/teens with developmental disabilities.
Implement ABA treatment plans under supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Provide consistent therapy with at least 15 scheduled hours per week.
Track progress by collecting and recording data.
Foster learning through structured activities and interactive approaches.
Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow company policies.
