Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to work in client homes or community settings, starting as a part-time role. No experience required, and opportunities to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician certification are available.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, record session data, and collaborate with families and our clinical team to promote independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow.
• Patience and compassion when working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.
• Interest in ABA and helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
