Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for in-home, one-on-one treatment with children ages 2-15. BTs work alongside BCBAs to implement personalized behavioral plans in clients' homes, collecting data and reporting progress.

This role emphasizes flexibility, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates have a passion for helping children, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills to collaborate with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and HIPAA confidentiality compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions and move with them as needed.
