Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1, home-based ABA therapy in partnership with BCBAs for children on the autism spectrum. The role supports treatment plans and data collection in a flexible, part-time schedule that can include evenings and some weekends.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for working with children, strong communication, and reliability. Training is provided to ensure confident execution of plans and HIPAA-compliant procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is essential.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home implementing behavior plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Engage with children aged 2-15 using engaging activities.
