Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to support 1-1 ABA treatment for children from birth to 21 in home-based settings. You will work with BCBAs to implement behavioral plans, collect progress data, and help train families to ensure consistency and success in treatment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans alongside BCBA.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and applicable parties.
• Physically assist children as needed during sessions.
