Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to age 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, delivering 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision.

Part-time or full-time guaranteed hours are available, with paid training and competitive compensation. You will work in a center environment with children aged 2–15, performing sessions, collecting data, and supporting families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience assisting children or adults with behavioral challenges, delays, or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to follow detailed instructions and document information.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically keep up with clients in session area; involves lifting 25+ pounds and various movements.
• Execute any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
