Job summary

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in homes across California, bringing ABA-based lesson plans to life for children with developmental delays. Training pai d at full rate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in real-life sessions under supervision by BCBA staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of relevant experience and hold 60 college units or a bachelor’s degree. Part-time and weekend shifts are available with competitive hourly pay and travel reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Play 1:1 with kids in homes implementing lesson plans.

Your Superpowers:

• Play (we mean work) 1:1 with kids ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism– you’ll be in their homes, bringing lesson plans to life like a teaching wizard.

• Coach caregiversso they can sprinkle the magic of ABA into everyday moments.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
• 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
• At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages)
• You’re ages 21+(our insurance says so) and have a car with a license and insurance to match.
• You have or are willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), you're insured on an auto insurance policy, and you have a reliable vehicle
