Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA services in-home, in school, and community settings in New Jersey. You will work with BCBA clinicians to implement treatment plans, collect data, and support meaningful skill development for children and families.

The role offers per diem scheduling, hands-on training, and a collaborative team that values professionalism and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Behavior Technician - Per Diem

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. You will work closely with our team of BCBA clinicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Our approach focuses on meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

• BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$38/hour
