Job summary

ABA Support Services in Reading, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician/Direct Therapist to organize data collection, assist with behavioral assessments, and support program implementation. You may assume lead therapist duties in their absence and supervise sessions as needed.

Ideal candidates have experience with autism, durable data skills, and ability to train staff and parents. A High School diploma plus additional coursework is preferred; transportation and reliability are required

Qualifications

• Prior experience in clinic/home/school settings is desirable.
• 1 year direct service experience with children with autism and training parents.
• Willing to learn early learning curricula and behavioral principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to work with children across functioning levels and adapt in home, school, and community settings.
