Job summary

ABA Support Services in Fleetwood, PA is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician/Direct Therapist to organize data systems, assist with assessments, and support program implementation.

You'll collect data, maintain graphs, write notes, and help with parent training and sessions. Candidate should have experience with children with autism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience providing behavioral services to children preferred.
• Will provide CPR/seizure training and ABA-related certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data based on observable client behavior.
• Assist lead therapist with up-to-date graphs and data summaries.
• Write progress notes and update programs and materials.
• Participate in baseline, treatment, parent training, and generalization sessions.
• Prepare session areas and equipment for activities.
• Assist with protocol dissemination and staff/parent training.
• Follow safe handling and guidance procedures with clients.
• Provide direct client care as per behavioral protocols (one-on-one or group).
• Shadow or co-treat for 2-4 hours per week.
• Report parent concerns to the lead therapist.
• Notify about suspected child abuse within 24 hours.
