Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking empathetic individuals to support children and teens with autism in their homes and local centers. The role offers part-time hours (up to 20) with afternoon availability, and daily pay access.

You will help kids learn through play, model positive behaviors, and work with families to track progress and plan sessions. Earn $22–$29 per hour with Spanish fluency; RBT training is provided for an additional $0.50 per hour after completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Teach children through play to acquire new skills like communication and following directions.
• Be a positive role model and celebrate progress with families.
• Stay active during sessions with movement and engagement.
• Keep records of activities and progress for families and supervisors.

Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needsDaily pay access available so you can get paid as you earnCompensation: $22.00-$29.00/hrNote: Spanish fluency is required.
