Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children at home and in local centers, with sessions from 3:30pm to 8pm on weekdays. Compensation ranges from $22.75 to $28 per hour with daily pay access, plus benefits after hours.

Fluency in Spanish is required and English proficiency is essential. You’ll need a High School Diploma or GED, 6+ months of experience with kids, a reliable car, and the ability to pass background/health checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Spanish fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn through play by teaching new skills.
• Be a positive role model, encouraging progress.
• Stay active during sessions with movement and play.
• Keep detailed notes on progress and training will be provided.
