Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time caregiver to support children and teens with autism in client homes and local centers. The role is up to 20 hours weekly, with after-school shifts from 3:30pm to 8pm on weekdays. You’ll earn $21–$26.75 per hour and gain access to daily pay options.

Spanish fluency is required; additional pay for Spanish proficiency is offered. We provide full paid training and will help you obtain RBT certification, with potential increases of $2.00/hr upon

No certification required! Just 6+ months of paid or volunteer experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.). Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours)
• Hours: Availability required all weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting - you'll primarily provide services in client's homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client's needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $21-$26.75/hr

Note: Spanish fluency is required. Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr.

• We'll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - earn an additional $2.00 an hour upon completion.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer - babysitting counts!)
• Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Successful completion of mandatory training which includes: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps. You will also need to pass an exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
