Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking dedicated part-time caregivers to support children with autism in home and center settings. Availability required Weekdays 3:30pm–8pm; up to 20 hours weekly with sessions scheduled per client needs.

Daily pay access available; pay $23.00–$29.00 per hour, with $0.50 extra for Spanish speakers. We offer full, paid training and will assist you in earning the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, including a potential $0.50 per hour bonus upon

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Mandatory training including: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, CPR, CPI, and overlaps; exam to become RBT

Responsibilities

• Teach children new skills through play and activities.
• Be a positive role model and celebrate progress.
• Stay active by moving, playing, and engaging during sessions.
• Keep documents and progress notes organized; training provided.
