Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in Orlando, FL is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home and center settings. You’ll earn $19–$25 per hour, with daily pay access and the chance to boost income by $2/hour after completing RBT certification.

You'll need a High School Diploma or GED, 6+ months of experience with kids, reliable transportation, a willingness to pass background checks, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Completion of required training: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, CPR and CPI.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Energetic, patient and caring with children.

Responsibilities

• Teach children through play to learn new skills such as communication and following directions.
• Be a positive role model and celebrate small daily progress.
• Stay active during sessions with movement and engagement.
• Keep sessions organized and track progress for families and supervisors.
• Support families as part of a team focused on real progress.
