Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking compassionate staff for part-time in-home pediatric sessions. You’ll support children with autism, teaching skills through play and structured activities in clients’ homes, with some center sessions as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6+ months with kids, reliable transportation, and English proficiency. Training is provided, with pay transparency and a generous referral program. Join a collaborative team and help families see real progress.

Qualifications

• At least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled).
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive role model, celebrate progress daily.
• Stay active during sessions with movement and engagement.
• Keep sessions organized and track progress; training provided.
