Job summary

Autism Learning Partners seeks a caring part-time Behavior Technician to support children and teens with autism in home and center settings. No prior certification required; 6+ months of experience with kids is enough to start, with comprehensive paid training provided.

You'll work up to 20 hours weekly, primarily after-school hours, with daily pay options and a clear path to growth within the organization. Mileage reimbursement and benefits are available based on hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently

Responsibilities

• Teach children new skills through play and activities.
• Be a positive role model and celebrate progress.
• Stay active during sessions and engage with kids.
• Keep records of progress and training per organization guidance.
