Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking helpers to support children and teens with autism in their homes or at local centers, with sessions scheduled to fit client needs. The role offers part-time (up to 20 hours) or full-time hours, with sessions in late afternoons or mornings on weekdays.

Compensation ranges from $21 to $26.50 per hour, plus benefits and paid training. Responsibilities include helping kids learn through play, staying active during sessions, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• At least 6 months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours) & Full-Time
• Hours: Availability required all weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm OR All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $21-$26.50/hr

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
