Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team in a center-based setting. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, supporting the execution of individualized treatment plans and collecting data to monitor progress.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on the individualized treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others involved.
